- After purchasing a product you will receive an email containing your invoice, PASSWORD and download instructions (usually within minutes, but may take up to 6 hours).
- Once you downloaded an item, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. We keep records of your orders for 60 days only. If you lose your file(s) after that, we will not be able to recover it for you and you will need to order it again.

- You must download your music. The time-span you can access your files is 60 days from purchase date, and you can download it up till five (5) times during that period.

About Digital Downloads
Digital Downloads are downloadable PDF files that can be viewed directly on your computer, phone or a tablet. Once you download your music, you can view and print it anywhere!
PLEASE NOTE: Your PDF will have a watermark at the top of each page that will include your name, purchase date and email address. You are only authorized to print and use it for your own private use. You may not digitally distribute, print or copy more copies than purchased for your personal use (i.e., you may not print or digitally distribute individual copies to friends or students). All PDF files are protected by a password that is provided after ordering! (That you have to enter every time you open the file).
