Kite flying (Vals in E-Minor) I got a kite for my 9th. birthday but I never got around to fly it until my uncle took me up on an artificial hill nearby (made out of waste and covered with dirt and grass in the 1960’s), and showed me how to fly it. I loved the feeling of holding tight to the line and feel the resistance and strength of the wind in the string.
In that moment I also learned that, if you want to keep something, or someone, you have to hold tight…
