Basic Guitar technique…
…presents technical exercises for both the beginner and the advanced guitarist. It should be seen and used as a supplement to any guitar method on the market. (For instance ”Per-Olov Kindgren Guitar Method” in 7 volumes). They should be practiced in conjunction with solo pieces to achieve a stable and developing technique to help you make music. Technical skills is always connected with musical skills: if you don’t have both, it is difficult to get attention to your performances. Musical knowledge (theory, history, reading sheet music) is the third, important part in being a musician but it is not covered here.
Note: knowledge how to read music (sheet music/notes) is not required! All exercises can be trained without any music-theory education!
