I have been listening to Astor Piazzolla for over 30 years. I was fascinated by his music even before I knew who he was. For many years now, I have been arranging and playing his pieces for the classical guitar. In an attempt to express my respect and admiration for him, I composed this “Suite Del Sur” that I hope you will enjoy as much as I have enjoyed Astor Piazzolla's music.
It has three movements:
1. Tango
2. Elegía
3. Sureña
