I remember once seeing my sisters doll lying on under her bed when I was a kid and I recall how sad it looked all alone and dusty. I picked it up and cleaned it and then placed it on the bed so my sister could see it and, hopefully, play with her… Hence the title “The Abandoned Doll” (La Muneca Abandonada).
This event inspired me to this piece. It is in two parts: the Intro/Outro that is kind of free and in an “improvised” style and the second part faster and more strict structure. In standard tuning and A-Minor/E-Minor
