Composed 15th. July 2013 for my mother, Inger-Marie Kindgren (12th January 1926- 18th July 2013).
In the end she could not say all the words properly and many of her sentences ended unfinished. But I could always understand what she meant. In the end, I held one of her hands and I had the other hand on her chest when she took her last breath. I felt her strong heart stop beating. It was hard to witness but it was also beautiful. I cannot say all the words I want to her memory.
I hope this music does.
