This is a beautiful Venezuelan Christmas Carol (Come, shepherds). I found a version with harmonizations by Vicente E. Sojo but I have changed a few chords, voices and part of the melody. It is in A-major and standard tuning.
It has this typical Venezuelan rhythm in 2/4 with the first beat as a tuplet (triplet, triol). Once you get the hang of it, it is not difficult. It is often played fast but I prefer it slower and more Christmas-ish…
