This is a Swedish folksong from 1660. Composed by the priest (Andreas Wallenius 1615-1663) in the far north of Sweden called Dalarna a beautiful, vast area with huge forests. I can't imagine how it was to live there in the 16th century… In d-minor and standard tuning.
